"Support was helpful, the weird part is it just took a while"
I tried using Pro Cuts Editing and the weird part is, the support team was actually polite and did answer my questions, but the replies were slower than I expected. It wasn’t like they ignored me or anything, I just had to wait between messages, which got a little annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think their response time could be better.

Pro Cuts Editing got the job done, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. Uploading my files was straightforward, but I do wish I’d been prepared for how clunky the site felt in a few spots. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, which made the process feel less smooth than it could’ve been. Overall, it works fine, but I kind of regret not looking into how user-friendly the platform was before using it

I ordered from procutsediting.com and then realized I’d picked the wrong service, so I had to cancel quickly. I reached out about a refund and they got back to me the next day, which I appreciated because I’ve dealt with companies before that just leave you waiting.

The money didn’t show up on my card right away, it took about 5 days, but they kept me updated during the process and the refund did come through. I’m taking off one star just because of the wait, but based on my experience, they were responsive and handled it fairly.

"Really solid editing help"
Well... I was happy with how this turned out. The editor clearly knew what they were doing, but they didn’t make my writing feel stiff or totally different. It still sounded like me, just cleaner and easier to read. They fixed the grammar issues, smoothed out a few awkward lines, and didn’t go overboard. The notes were simple too, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely use them again

The onboarding was okay overall, not really a big problem or anything. I did get stuck on a couple steps and had to ask some questions again, which made it feel less clear than it probably was. I mean, I figured it out in the end, so I guess it worked, but it could’ve been a bit smoother

I used procutsediting.com for a short edit, it left me a bit disappointed. My sister had asked how it went afterward, and I told her it was just okay, not really something I’d rush to use again.
The biggest problem was the attention to detail. There were still a few typos, some spacing looked uneven, and one note I had added was completely missed.

To be fair, they did get it back to me on time, which I appreciated. But I was expecting a cleaner final version and ended up having to fix things myself, so it wasn’t terrible, just not what I needed

I used procutsediting.com for a video edit, and the final delivery was actually really good. The cuts were clean, the color looked nice, and they followed most of what I asked for without making it feel overdone.

I’m giving 4 stars because there was one small detail I had to remind them about, but they fixed it after that. Overall, the end result looked professional and was ready to use.
